### Daniel Boring Joins Kidder Mathews as Senior Vice President

Daniel Boring, MAI, ARA, ASA, has joined Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services as a senior vice president. In this role, he will lead the firm’s new service line for machinery and equipment appraisals nationwide while continuing to serve clients in litigation, agricultural, and marine valuation.

Boring brings more than 30 years of experience in valuing complex assets across industries such as agribusiness, natural resources, and marine facilities. His expertise extends across national and international markets, working with multinational corporations, REITs, national lenders, and law firms. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he served as CEO of Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting before spending nearly a decade at CBRE.
