Kidder Mathews has been chosen to manage an additional 530,384 square feet of property in Northern California for Lift Partners. This new assignment increases the firm’s total management portfolio with Lift to 1.2 million square feet.
In 2015, Kidder Mathews began managing properties for Lift in the Pacific Northwest and has since expanded its services to Northern California. The initial portfolio consisted of 651,000 square feet and was added under management in 2023. Currently, Senior VP and market leader Lori Coleman along with general manager Bridget Kitzerow oversee a total of eighteen properties within this portfolio.
