**Kidder Mathews Brokers First-Time Sale of Tacoma Industrial Property**
Matt McLennan, SIOR, CCIM, Executive Vice President at Kidder Mathews, represented the buyer in the first-time sale of the M Street Industrial Park located at 2940 S. M Street in Tacoma, Washington. The property was sold for $5 million as part of a 1033 exchange.
Situated in Tacoma’s Nalley Valley, the industrial complex offers prime access to Interstate 5 and Highway 16, and is in close proximity to the Port of Tacoma and several regional industrial hubs. The 23,500-square-foot facility sits on 1.55 acres and is fully leased. It consists of five tenant spaces, each featuring grade-level doors, gated and fenced access, 21-foot clear height, and three-phase power infrastructure. The site is zoned M1/M2-STGPD, accommodating a wide range of industrial uses.
“This acquisition represents a strategic investment for the buyer in a prime industrial corridor with strong long-term potential,” said McLennan.
