**Keystone Group Adds 57 Luxury Apartments to Indianapolis Office Tower Conversion**
Keystone Group is advancing its landmark project to convert central Indiana’s first office tower into a luxury residential development. The next phase of this transformation at 220 Meridian Tower in downtown Indianapolis includes the addition of 57 new luxury apartments, with completion expected by summer 2026.
The new units will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. Residents will enjoy sweeping, unobstructed views of Monument Circle and the Indianapolis skyline. Notably, six of the new units will feature the building’s first private patio spaces.
Ersal Ozdemir, Founder and Owner of Keystone Group, emphasized the company’s long-term dedication to urban development. “Investing in our urban core is not only a strategic decision, but a long-term commitment to the future of downtown,” Ozdemir said. “Keystone continues to transform by building new or redeveloping underutilized space into dynamic live-work-play-and-stay environments to elevate Indianapolis into a stronger, more vibrant city for years to come.”
Construction is set to begin this week following the conclusion of AT&T’s headquarters lease on May 31. In addition to the new apartments, the project will introduce expanded outdoor deck amenities to enhance residents’ living experience.
This development marks another step in Keystone Group’s broader commitment to revitalizing downtown Indianapolis through innovative mixed-use redevelopment.
