**Keurig Dr Pepper Renews 274,000-SF Headquarters Lease in Burlington**

Keurig Dr Pepper has renewed its lease for its Burlington, Massachusetts, headquarters, maintaining its presence in the region even as the company prepares to split its operations between its coffee and beverage divisions, according to the Boston Business Journal.

The renewed lease totals 274,000 square feet, making it one of the largest office leases in the Greater Boston area in recent months. The transaction was highlighted in a recent quarterly market report released by Cushman & Wakefield.

This development coincides with the sale of the headquarters property at 53 South Avenue in November for $85 million. The building, previously owned by Peakstone Realty Trust, was acquired by Montana Avenue Capital Partners.

As part of a restructuring plan announced last August, Keurig Dr Pepper will retain its coffee operations in Burlington, while relocating its other consumer beverage segments—including brands such as Dr Pepper and Snapple—to Texas.

The company’s lease renewal surpasses several other major Boston-area office deals in 2025, including Hasbro’s 264,000-square-foot move to the Seaport District from Rhode Island, and Klaviyo’s 257,000-square-foot lease renewal and expansion last April.
