**Kerzner International Announces Plans for SIRO Brickell Hotel and Residence Project**
Kerzner International has announced its latest development, SIRO Brickell, in partnership with 13th Floor Investments and Forse Holdings. The new mixed-use project will include 180 hotel rooms and 350 branded condominiums, with a strong emphasis on wellness, fitness, and recovery.
The one-acre site, located at 9 S.E. Sixth Street in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, was acquired by Kerzner for $45 million in August from Swire Properties, the developer behind the adjacent Brickell City Centre.
Scheduled for completion in 2030, SIRO Brickell follows a global rollout of similar wellness-focused properties. Future SIRO hotel locations include Los Cabos (2027), Riyadh (2028), and Tokyo (2029).
SIRO hotels are known for offering amenities tailored to health-conscious travelers, including state-of-the-art fitness facilities, recovery treatments, sleep-optimized accommodations, customized nutrition plans, and a team of in-house specialists to provide personalized wellness guidance throughout guests’ stays.
Current and upcoming SIRO destinations also include resorts in Riyadh, Dubai, Mexico, Montenegro, and Tokyo.
