Deep River Partners has recently acquired the Main Street Market shopping center in Kernersville for a total of $26 million. The project was developed by Barclay Group and is located at 240 Market View Drive.

Spanning over 74,558 square feet, Main Street Market features a variety of tenants including Lowes Foods as its anchor store since its opening in 2017. Other popular retailers and restaurants such as Jersey Mike’s Subs, Pet Supermarket, Aspen Dental can also be found within the shopping center. The Lowes store occupies approximately 43,000 square feet of space.

Barclay Group has an extensive track record with developments across more than fifteen states. In comparison to Deep River Partners’ recent development projects totaling over 350,000 square feet within the past five years.

Kernersville is situated in Forsyth County and serves as the largest suburb of Winston-Salem with a small portion also located in Guilford County. As per the latest census data available,the town’s population stands at around 26,481 residents.
