Kenwood Management Company Acquires Ellicott City Office Building for $3M

Kenwood Management Company has purchased a 19,259-square-foot commercial office building in Ellicott City, Maryland for $3.25 million from KMS Associates. The 2000 constructed property sits on a 2.5 acre site with surface parking space and is fully leased and occupied by medical and traditional office tenants.

Owen Rouse and David McClatchy of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller while the buyer was self-represented in the transaction. “Despite rising interest rates and negative headlines about suburban office asset classes, tremendous opportunities still exist for sellers as well as investors both locally or nationally,” said Rouse.
