Kennesaw Retail Center Branches Out from Wicker Park

JLL Capital Markets recently facilitated the sale of Cobb Place, a 335,190-square-foot shopping center in Kennesaw, Georgia for $63.5 million. The seller was represented by JLL while Shaked Acquisitions acted as the buyer.

Cobb Place is situated at 840 Ernest W. Barrett Pkwy., conveniently located along I-75 and features a strong tenant roster with an average occupancy of over 17 years. Notable tenants include Ashley HomeStore, American Signature Furniture, DSW, World Market and more.

Leading the transaction on behalf of JLL Capital Markets were Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan Andrew Kahn and Anton Serafini from their Investment and Sales Advisory team.

Wicker Park Capital Management (WPCM), a privately held real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family properties as well as retail and mixed-use developments across the Southern United States was responsible for selling Cobb Place through its Savannah office with additional locations in Birmingham and Atlanta.
