**Kenco Leases 641,000 SF Warehouse in Buckeye**

Kenco has signed a lease for 641,000 square feet in the I-10 Gateway building in Buckeye. Located at 440 N 215th Ave., the facility will serve as a warehousing and distribution hub for the western half of the United States.

Cresa’s Barrett Bufkin, William Martin, and Eric Walker represented Kenco in the deal, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Haenel, Andy Markham, and Phil Haenel represented the landlord, EQT Exeter. According to the *Phoenix Business Journal*, EQT Exeter acquired the over 600,000-square-foot facility in April of last year for $60.1 million.

The Southwest Valley continues to lead in industrial development, with the highest amount of square footage under construction and delivered in the fourth quarter of 2024, according to a report from CBRE. In Q4, 15.87 million square feet was under construction across the Phoenix metro area, with approximately 9.7 million square feet in the Southwest Valley alone.
