CBRE has promoted Ken Stern to Senior Vice President in the firm’s Cleveland office. With 36 years of commercial real estate experience, Stern joined CBRE in 2018 and is a member of their National Retail Leasing Services group. He specializes in leasing and occupier representation for national and regional clients throughout the greater Northeast Ohio region, as well as leading their Restaurant Practice Group across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania.
Stern’s career includes more than 200 million square feet of retail transactions totaling nearly $1 billion; prior to joining CBRE he served as SVP at DDR Corp., managing over 700 properties resulting in 500+ transactions worth $750 million. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University with an emphasis on business administration & management .
