Escalante Golf has announced the development of a $100 million golf club, known as Kelly Ranch Golf Club. Located on 240 acres just southwest of downtown Fort Worth at US Highway 377 and Kelly Road, this project is expected to be completed by spring of 2025. Along with a championship golf course, the club will also feature a state-of-the-art practice facility, pro shop, restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace.
Kelly Ranch Golf Club will be situated within the expansive master-planned community of Kelly Ranch spanning over 2,400 acres. The overall development plan includes various amenities such as an elementary school and The Shops at Kelly Ranch – a planned destination for shopping and dining spread across 65 acres. Additionally, there are plans for commercial developments including class-A office spaces and medical facilities covering approximately 50-acres in total. An athletics & wellness club offering fitness programs along with aquatics and court sports options is also part of this impressive project.
The announcement about adding the new golf project to its already diverse offerings was made by Escalante Golf through their official website Connect CRE recently.
