Kelly Daige Appointed National Director of Inclusion & Partnerships by Skanska

Skanska USA Building has appointed Kelly Daige as its first national director of Inclusion and Partnerships, focusing on strengthening external Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) relationships and developing national approaches for community and employee engagement.

Daige joined Skanska in 2015 with a background in organizational change, project leadership, and management. She holds certificates in Change Leadership from New York University as well as Organization Change Management from Cornell University. Since 2018 she has served the company as Manager of Executive Support Services.
In her new role at Skanska USA Building, Daige will collaborate with the D&I team to further their mission and growth objectives. Senior Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion Dina Clark commented: “Kelly’s passion for organizational change coupled with her experience make her an ideal person to help us continue our journey.”
