TRS has announced that KeHE Distributors LLC will be leasing a long-term space at Naperville Corporate Center, located at 1230-1250 Diehl Road.
The wholesale food distributor was represented by Colliers brokers Frederick Regnery, David Florent and Francis Prock. With an expansion of 17,000 square feet, their lease now totals to 91,102 square feet and they will occupy the entirety of 1245 Diehl Road.
Building ownership is handled by Real Capital Solutions and TRS Executive Vice Presidents Joe Stevens and Steve Degodny represent them. Stevens expressed excitement about helping KeHE achieve their business goals through this lease agreement. He also noted that the decision to not only keep Naperville Corporate Center as their headquarters but also expand it speaks highly of the property’s location, amenities and management services.
Naperville Corporate Center is managed by TRS as well as leased out for tenants. It consists of four buildings with a total area of 420540-square-feet in close proximity to Interstate-88. The property offers various amenities such as a deli service center on-site conference facilities fitness center tenant lounge outdoor patios etc.
