**Keeley Construction Completes State-of-the-Art Health Clinic in Schaumburg**
Keeley Construction has successfully completed a new, state-of-the-art Integrated Care Center (ICC) for Hanger Clinic. The 19,475-square-foot facility is located at 640 E Golf Road in Schaumburg, Illinois.
The Keeley Construction project team included Mike Rakosnik, Ryan Radar, and Teresa Peters. Sarfatty Associates served as the project’s architect, with Ware Malcomb providing interior design services. Cushman & Wakefield acted as the brokers and owner’s representative for the development.
Specifically designed to enhance patient care, the new ICC will support individuals with limb loss, limb difference, and other physical disabilities. The facility is equipped with a variety of innovative and therapeutic features, including:
– A rock-climbing wall
– A spacious gym area
– A golf simulator
– A running track
– A full kitchen
– A demo apartment for rehabilitation training
These amenities are aimed at providing patients with a more comprehensive and immersive rehabilitation experience.
