Keeley Construction recently finished an expansion and renovation project for Brookside Flavors, a food flavoring company located in Addison, Illinois. The project was part of Phase III of the ongoing work on Brookside’s 227,043-square-foot office and warehouse facility at 1210 N Swift Road.
The construction team included Project Manager Paul Jennrich, Superintendent Bob Best, VP of Field Operations Shawn Bulow, Safety Manager Teresa Peters. Heitman Architects served as the architect for this project.
The renovation involved converting part of the existing warehouse into a compliant H3 warehouse and expanding the south production office to accommodate additional space for offices, labs and truckers. The upgrades also included high-end finishes for client areas such as front façade enhancements and new R&D labs. Other improvements were made to conference rooms,lounge areas,breakrooms,and open office spaces.
