KDC Group, a Maryland-based company, recently acquired two properties in Westminster, Carroll County for over $4.5 million. The 901 and 909 Baltimore Boulevard properties span over 50,000 square feet and are almost fully leased.
The retail building at 901 Baltimore Boulevard is home to Sherwin-Williams and covers an area of 4,500 square feet. On the other hand, the warehouse and office space at 909 Baltimore Boulevard houses tenants such as Knorr Brake Company and RMG Trading. Additionally, it also features a shared office component called the Carroll Innovation Center which hosts various professional services and health-related companies.
Facilitating this deal was Dennis Boyle from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services who represented both the sellers and buyer. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services will continue to manage leasing activities for these properties with full occupancy expected soon.
