KDC Group, based in Maryland, has recently acquired two properties in Westminster, Carroll County for a total of $4.5 million. These properties cover more than 50,000 square feet and are currently almost fully leased.
One of the properties is located at 901 Baltimore Boulevard and houses a retail building spanning 4,500 square feet with Sherwin-Williams as its tenant. The other property is situated at 909 Baltimore Boulevard and offers warehouse and office space to tenants such as Knorr Brake Company and RMG Trading. Additionally, this property includes the Carroll Innovation Center which provides shared office space for various professional services and healthcare companies.
The acquisition was facilitated by Dennis Boyle from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services who represented both the sellers and buyer involved in the deal. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services will continue to manage leasing activities for these properties with full occupancy expected soon.
