The company has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 53,344 square feet at 6 North Park Drive, positioning the firm within a master-planned business environment that offers access to a range of on-site and nearby amenities.
The relocation will shift KCI Technologies’ headquarters from its current base in Sparks to the North Park property. Under the new lease, the firm plans to occupy two and one-half floors within the building at 6 North Park Drive. Approximately 300 KCI employees are expected to move into the new space, with the transition targeted for the second quarter of 2027. The lease reflects a long-term operational decision by the company to centralize its corporate functions in a new Hunt Valley address.
Leasing representation for the transaction involved several parties. St. John Properties Leasing Representative Stephanie Caronna represented the landlord in the agreement. On the tenant side, Joe Bradley and Mark Deering of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services handled negotiations on behalf of KCI Technologies.
