KCB Real Estate Acquires 740K-SF Midwest Portfolio Spanning Two States

KCB Real Estate recently acquired a portfolio of three industrial assets, consisting of two distribution and warehouse facilities in Bowling Green, Kentucky and a flex-warehouse facility in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The distribution warehouses are strategically located near multiple major interstates, regional rail lines and an expansive 20 million square feet hub with 1% vacancy. Additionally the flex-warehouse facility is situated within the Golden Triangle area which is highly sought after for office and industrial space in Minneapolis.

Megan Pautler-Gutnikov Managing Director at KCB commented that “the entire deal was sourced through a new operating partner who specializes in securing, managing, and leasing NNN industrial properties via sale-leaseback transactions” noting that the transaction was structured at an attractive going-in cap rate with long term lease put into place where tenant will be responsible for all property expenses.
