KC Developer Hunt Midwest Finishes Construction of First Building at Logistics Park

Hunt Midwest, a Kansas City-based commercial real estate developer, has completed construction on its first spec building in Anderson County. Located at 1105 Scotts Bridge Road directly east of Interstate 85 in South Carolina’s Evergreen Logistics Park, the 200-acre industrial park is now available for immediate occupancy ranging from 50,000 to 258,801 square feet.

The project was supported by Seamon Whiteside for civil engineering and LS3P for building design with Evans General Contractors acting as general contractor overseeing construction. Leasing is being handled by CBRE.

This marks Hunt Midwest’s second venture into the Greenville-Spartanburg industrial corridor following completion of Fort Prince Logistics Center – a 476,280 square foot spec project just west of I-85 outside Spartanburg – which will support more than 1.7 million additional square feet when fully developed .
