Kaufman Investments Buys 875 Avenue of the Americas for $93M

Kaufman Investments, a division of The Kaufman Organization, has acquired 875 Avenue of the Americas for $92.5 million. This 26-story office building in Midtown South is currently occupied by content creation and production companies and will be renovated to become a premier office asset.

The acquisition was led by Michael Kazmierski and Lorenzo Bakewell-Stone from Kaufman Investments with seller representation provided by Chris Varjan’s team at Lee & Associates NYC.  This strategic purchase positions Kaufman as an industry leader in commercial real estate investments throughout New York City’s competitive market landscape.
