Realty 1 Partners is bringing a new mixed-use development, Elyson Town Center, to the vibrant Elyson neighborhood in Katy. Construction for this exciting project began earlier this summer at the intersection of Grand Parkway and FM 529. The first phase of the development is set to open in late spring 2025 and will feature eleven buildings.
