Kasa has entered the Boston hospitality market with the launch of Kasa Boston at Fenway, marking the hotel and apart-hotel brand and manager’s first presence in the city. The opening introduces the Kasa flag to what the company and its partner describe as one of the most high-demand, undersupplied urban markets in the United States.
The new Kasa offering consists of 47 apartments situated within Samuels & Associates’ Pierce Boston residential tower. By placing the Kasa-branded accommodations inside an existing multifamily high-rise, the partnership brings an apart-hotel concept into a residential environment that already anchors a prominent intersection of culture, healthcare, education, and entertainment activity in the Fenway neighborhood.
According to the partners, the location provides immediate access to several of Boston’s most recognizable destinations. Guests and residents at Pierce Boston are positioned near Fenway Park, the Longwood Medical Area, and a range of dining and retail offerings that define the surrounding district. This concentration of uses supports the property’s positioning as a lodging option that connects visitors directly to the city’s entertainment, medical, and institutional hubs.
Peter Sougarides, partner, co-president, and principal of Samuels & Associates, framed the Pierce Boston property as having been conceived to “set a new standard for luxury living in the Fenway.” He cited the tower’s combination of sophisticated design, hospitality-driven amenities, and connectivity to the neighborhood as aligning with the expectations of contemporary travelers seeking more than a traditional hotel stay.
Sougarides added that Kasa’s approach to modern accommodations fits with the overall quality of the building and the evolving preferences of guests. By incorporating Kasa Boston at Fenway into Pierce Boston, the collaboration is intended to offer visitors a more residential, experience-driven way to stay in Boston while reinforcing the tower’s broader positioning within one of the city’s most active and connected neighborhoods.
