Kamack Associates recently completed the sale of River Edge Town Mall, a retail property situated at 625 Kinderkamack Road in River Edge, New Jersey. The 21,537-square-foot property was successfully sold for $3.16 million.
The seller was represented by a team from Cushman & Wakefield consisting of Andy Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri who also assisted in securing the buyer for this transaction.
According to Sobel’s statement on behalf of the team: “This value-add property presents an attractive investment opportunity due to its prime location in Bergen County with convenient accessibility and a tenant mix that is resilient against e-commerce trends. Additionally, it is situated within a densely populated area with high-income demographics.”
