Kairoi Planning Unveils Mammoth E. Austin Mixed-Use Project

Kairoi Residential’s proposed “Bolm Colorado” project is set to transform two industrial sites along US 183, Levander Loop, Linger Lane and Bolm Road into a vibrant community. Spanning over 115 acres on the east side of Austin, this development will feature thousands of residences, a hotel with civic center space and millions of square feet dedicated to retail, office spaces as well as dining and arts establishments.

The massive Bolm Colorado project includes:

– Over 2,200 mid-rise multifamily housing units
– A 385-room hotel with a civic center spanning over 37,390 square feet
– Approximately 3.38 million square feet of office space spread across both sites
– More than183 ,000 square feet for restaurants in both properties combined
– Two shopping plazas covering more than147 ,000squarefeetofretailspace

Following an agreement with the developers to maintain a buffer zone of at least250feet between the river and the project area,the plans have been approved for review. The next steps for this mammoth mixed-use development are yet to be scheduled.
