With a diverse client portfolio that includes Fortune 500 companies and startups, Kadeem brings extensive experience in long-term strategic planning and business development to the role.
Kadeem will be primarily focused on office space occupiers within Manhattan’s Midtown South submarket, utilizing Raise’s proprietary technology platform to drive revenue growth and business development. Additionally, he will collaborate with the company’s Project Management & Workplace teams to offer additional services beyond brokerage solutions.
