Mosaic Construction, LLC recently completed the construction of a state-of-the-art K-12 STEM learning facility for Noggin Builders in Northbrook, Illinois. The 3,750-square-foot project involved renovating three vacant spaces into one large space to accommodate Noggin’s relocation from a smaller location.

The renovation was designed by MDT and overseen by Mosaic Construction. The team worked closely with Noggin on selecting finishes that would enhance the learning environment for children. “We are proud to have been part of this important project,” said Ira Singer, Founder and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Mosaic Construction. “Creating a space where children can thrive in STEM education is not just a job for us – it’s our commitment to shaping the future of our community.”

The newly renovated facility features four classrooms and flexible learning spaces that can be adapted for various educational activities. In addition, three bathrooms were remodeled along with updates such as sound attenuation insulation, utility sink installation, staff break room enhancements, and display area improvements.
