On May 15th, the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District hotel will open its doors to the public after nearly five years of planning and execution. With a price tag of $130 million, this property offers 267 rooms that span from floor 14 to 24 with views of the Dallas Arts District. The hotel features three restaurants, a cocktail lounge, meeting and conference areas, ballroom and fitness center as well as an impressive mid-air pool deck with terrace bar cabanas and outdoor event space. Standard daily rates start at around $575 per night for those looking for luxurious accommodations in DFW area.
Cadence Bank provided construction financing while NHK Capital Partners supplied equity and mezzanine debt; Sam Moon Group partnered with HKS Architects on design elements for this project. Additionally there is another high-end Marriott branded hotel being constructed on two acres in Las Colinas Irving – AC Hotel by Marriott boasting 147 beds when complete.
