JVP Development has started construction on the first office building within The Mix, a mixed-use project rising in Frisco’s North Platinum Corridor. The new Class A office property, known as 7725 Lebanon, is planned as a 110,000-square-foot building and is described as a key milestone for the broader development.
The Mix already has multiple components underway alongside the office project. According to the development team, construction is in progress on 110,000 square feet of retail space, 635 multifamily units and the first three acres of The Mix’s planned Central Park. These elements are designed to create a mixed-use environment that combines workplace, residential and lifestyle offerings in one location.
The office building at 7725 Lebanon Road is slated to deliver in summer 2027. JLL’s T.D. Briggs and Blake Shipley are overseeing office leasing on behalf of landlord JVP Development, positioning the asset to capture tenant interest ahead of completion. Arcadis is serving as architect for the office project, while AECOM Hunt has been engaged as the general contractor.
The Mix is located at the corner of Lebanon Road and Parkwood Boulevard in Frisco’s North Platinum Corridor. Plans for the larger development call for more than 20 food and beverage options, two hotels, significant corporate headquarters and boutique office space, a nine-acre activated park and a range of residential options. With multiple uses under construction, the project is intended to support a full day-to-night environment for office users, residents and visitors.
As vertical progress begins on 7725 Lebanon and the initial phases of retail, multifamily and park space move forward, The Mix continues to take shape as a sizable new node of activity within the North Platinum Corridor. The combination of office, residential, hospitality and open space under development signals an effort to deliver an integrated district rather than a standalone office building.
