JVP Launches The Mix in Frisco: A New Shopping and Dining Experience

JVP has been given the green light by the Frisco Planning & Zoning Commission to move forward with The Mix, a 112-acre project set to replace what used to be Wade Park. According to Dallas Business Journal, plans for The Mix include 2 million square feet of office space, 375,000 square feet of retail space, two hotels and townhomes as well as urban living units. Additionally there will be a 9-acre central park and 16 acres of green open space incorporated into the design.

The first phase is 28 acres in size and includes 100 thousand total square feet of retail including 40 thousand for a grocer plus 120 thousand for medical offices along with urban living units plus part of the central park area. Construction is expected to take around three years before completion can occur on this phase alone at its location on southeast corner Dallas Parkway & Lebanon Road . Final approval from City Council still needs granting prior any work beginning however.
