JVP Launches The Mix in Frisco: A Kickstart for the City

JVP has been given the green light from the Frisco Planning & Zoning Commission to move forward with The Mix, a 112-acre project that will replace what used to be Wade Park. According to Dallas Business Journal, design plans for The Mix include approximately 2 million square feet of office space, 375,000 square feet of retail space, two hotels and townhomes as well as urban living units. Additionally there will be a 9-acre central park and more than 16 acres of green open spaces.

The first phase includes 28 acres with 100 thousand total square feet of retail including 40 thousand square foot grocery store and 120 thousand medical office building along with urban living units and part of the central park. Construction is expected to take about three years before completion at its southeast corner location on Dallas Parkway & Lebanon Road intersection pending City Council approval.
