JV Offers New Pickleball Venues to Meet Growing Demand

Partnering with College Park Athletic Club, Hubbard Street Group is bringing Pickle Haus, a sports-themed venue to Chicago. Located at 1621 S. Randall Road in suburban Algonquin, the 41,000-square-foot furniture store will be transformed into a Class A sports “eatertainment” facility featuring pickleball courts, golf simulators and more. The development team also includes Food Is Family, Harken Interior Design and other professionals from the industry.

Managing Partner Graham Palmer of Hubbard Street Group expressed his enthusiasm for this venture: “Our vision for Pickle Haus is to provide an entertainment experience that focuses on pickleball – one that’s unmatched in the industry.” As one of America’s fastest growing sport with projected revenues reaching $2.4 billion by 2028 – up to five such venues may open across the area soon enough!
