The Bold, a 28-story residential tower located at 27-01 Jackson Ave in Long Island City’s Court Square neighborhood, is now available for leasing. This development is a collaboration between Fetner Properties and Lions Group, known as American Lions. The project was designed by SLCE Architects with interior design by Tamara Eaton Designs and offers a total of 164 residences to the market, including 50 affordable units.
According to Hal Fetner, president and CEO of Fetner Properties: “We have thoroughly enjoyed working in the vibrant community of Long Island City to bring The Bold to life.” He also mentioned that there is still high demand for well-designed homes that cater to the needs of New Yorkers. By providing both market-rate and affordable units in this development, they are addressing this urgent need.
Adjacent to The Bold is another rental building called The Italic. Developed by Lions Group and Fetner Properties at 26-32 Jackson Ave., it will offer 363 units across its impressive height of fifty stories. Construction on this property is expected be completed next year.
