### Lottery Opens for Walnut Knoll, a New 55+ Affordable Housing Community in Foxborough

The Walnut Street Joint Venture, a collaboration between Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc., The Peabody Companies, and Onyx Group Development, has announced the launch of a housing lottery for Walnut Knoll. This newly developed affordable housing community, designed for individuals aged 55 and older, is located at 55 Walnut Street in Foxborough, MA. Preference will be given to local residents and workers.

Walnut Knoll will feature 141 apartment homes across two buildings. Building 1, comprising 61 apartments, is set to open in September, while Building 2, with 80 units, is expected to open in November.

“Walnut Knoll represents another step forward in our mission to provide exceptional affordable housing solutions for seniors,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and CEO of The Peabody Companies. “We are proud to partner with AHSC and Onyx Group on this project.”

The exact date of the lottery has not yet been determined, with further details to be announced at a later time.
