The first phase of the Mira Raleigh, a multifamily development worth $87.4 million, has been completed by a joint venture between Origin Investments, Spandrel Development Partners, and Capital City Urban Development. The development is located at 121 Kindley St., on the southern edge of Raleigh’s Central Business District.
