### Rockefeller Group and Falcon Development to Build 557K-SF Logistics Park in Baytown

Rockefeller Group and Falcon Commercial Development have formed a joint venture to develop a 557,339-square-foot logistics park in Baytown, Texas, within the Houston metropolitan area. The East Bay Trade Center, located at 19454 Needlepoint Road, will feature a 307,595-square-foot building alongside a smaller 249,744-square-foot facility. Falcon Development initially acquired the 38.96-acre parcel and secured entitlements before Rockefeller Group joined the project.

Baytown is one of the nation’s largest industrial hubs and serves as a key location for crude oil and natural gas exporters. The new development will offer direct access to the Port of Houston, further enhancing its logistical advantages.

Munson & Associates designed the East Bay Trade Center, with FCL Builders serving as the general contractor. The project’s marketing and leasing will be managed by Robert McGee, Taylor Schmidt, and Austin Bartula of Colliers Houston.

Completion of the East Bay Trade Center is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2025.
