Construction has officially begun on Stateline 85, a large industrial development in Cherokee County. Developed by GTIS Partners and Collett Industrial, the project will consist of three buildings totaling 933,120 square feet. The first phase is currently underway and is expected to be completed by Summer 2025 with two buildings ready for use.
According to Teddy Hull from Collett Industrial, the project was specifically designed with user flexibility in mind. This includes expansion options, additional storage areas, and a pad-ready development site.
Cushman & Wakefield has been chosen as the leasing agency for Stateline 85. Drew Coholan, Matt Treble and Fermin Deoca from the commercial real estate services firm will handle all leasing efforts for the entire project.
Located at 212 Tribal Rd., near exits 106 and104 on I-85 between North Carolina and South Carolina border ,Stateline 85 offers prime location benefits . The first phase of construction will include Buildings1and2 spanning198720andsquare feet respectively while also providing build-to-suit opportunities up to +/-500000squarefeet during its second phase.
