"JV Begins Development of 50-Acre Boynton Beach Business Park"

A new industrial facility is set to begin construction in Boynton Beach, thanks to a recent partnership that has acquired 47.2 acres of land in the Agricultural Reserve area. The joint venture between Butters Construction & Development and Channing Corp., along with Sudler Companies and Woodmont Industrial Partners, has purchased the land from Valico Nurseries and individual property owners for a total of $29.75 million.

The project, known as “The District,” will feature 519,000 square feet of office space, showrooms, warehouses,and small bay industrial units. Additionally,a self-storage facility spanning 140,000 square feet will also be included on the site’s seven buildings ranging from 21-124 thousand square feet.

Arcadia Architects have been enlisted to design this ambitious development which aims to cater towards businesses looking for smaller industrial spaces starting at approximately4 ,000 square feet.The team behind this project is confident that it will bring significant economic growth opportunities for Boynton Beach and its surrounding areas.
