Advenir and Oakley Capital have joined forces to develop the LEO at Wildwood, a 302-unit build-to-rent community located northwest of Orlando. Situated near The Villages on a 39-acre site at the southwest corner of County Road 472 and County Road 117, this project will feature cottages with garages, carriage homes, duplexes, stacked duplexes and row houses.
The first phase is expected to be completed in January of 2025.
