"JV Acquisition of Industrial Property near NJ Turnpike by Lincoln"

Lincoln Property Company and Ullico Investment Advisors, in a joint venture, have purchased a 138,851-square-foot Class A industrial property located at 861 Sloan Ave. in Hamilton Township, NJ. The building is currently vacant and strategically situated near major transportation routes such as the New Jersey Turnpike.

According to Ben Bucci, Executive Vice President and market leader for Lincoln’s New Jersey office: “The acquisition of this property presented us with a unique opportunity to acquire an excellent industrial asset at an attractive price point. Our team is optimistic about investing in both existing industrial properties as well as new development opportunities throughout the Tri-State region.”

Lincoln will be responsible for managing the property while Lee & Associates’ Claudia Ganas, Monica Franco and Ana Carolina de Araujo will handle leasing efforts.

The seller of the building was Commercial Development Company who represented themselves during negotiations. Details regarding the sale were not disclosed.
