JV Acquires Fort Lauderdale Lot for Rental Highrise Development

A nondescript corner business in Fort Lauderdale has been acquired by Bachow Ventures and Infinity Collective, who have joined forces to create a grander development. The property was purchased for $8 million from seller Jeansusan Inc. Located just one block east of the Brightline passenger station and near downtown Fort Lauderdale, the site currently has approval for 316 units and 5,000 square feet of retail space. However, the joint venture is seeking to expand this to around 370 units with Miami-based Cube 3 as their chosen architect for the project. This recent acquisition marks an exciting new opportunity in rental highrise development in Fort Lauderdale.
