A team from CBRE, led by Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin and Brian Bowler, successfully sold the Marq at The Pinehills in Plymouth, MA. The 220-unit apartment community consists of all market-rate units and was purchased by Alliance Realty Partners LLC in a joint venture with an institutional investor for an undisclosed amount.
Built in 2016 on over seven acres of land within The Pinehills master-planned community, the property offers one- and two-bedroom garden-style apartments averaging 1,002 square feet. Residents also have access to amenities such as three golf courses and a retail experience called Village Green which features 25 separate retailers including various restaurants.
Butler expressed satisfaction with representing the seller during this transaction stating that he believes the buyer is well-equipped to implement their value-add program due to both the high quality of the property itself as well as its prime location within The Pinehills complex.
