**Jupiter Medical Center Breaks Ground on $135M Patient Care Tower Expansion**
Robins & Morton has officially broken ground on the Tim and Jayne Donahue Patient Care Tower, a $135 million expansion project at Jupiter Medical Center.
The new five-story, 133,000-square-foot facility will add 92 patient beds to the hospital’s current 248-bed capacity. It is designed to accommodate expanded oncology, cardiovascular, and orthopedic services. In addition to patient care areas, the tower will also house a state-of-the-art Clinical Simulation Center. This high-tech facility will be used for hands-on training, skills development, teamwork exercises, communications testing, workflow simulation, and the evaluation of new medical technologies—all with the goal of promoting innovation and patient safety.
The expansion project also includes a newly completed five-deck parking garage with 845 spaces. The $20 million structure was designed to meet the growing needs of the medical campus.
Robins & Morton is serving as the general contractor for the project, while architectural firm ESa is leading the design. This marks the second project Robins & Morton has delivered on the Jupiter Medical Center campus in the past five years.
