Glenstar, a national commercial real estate developer, owner and property manager based in Chicago, has announced the launch of Strategic Office Operator Services. The company has appointed Adam Parritz as director to lead this new initiative. With ten years of experience in commercial real estate, Parritz most recently served as asset manager at Värde Partners where he co-managed a portfolio valued at over $4 billion.
Clayco has named Jeff Miller as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective immediately. Miller brings over two decades of expertise in information technology and cybersecurity to his role. Prior to joining Clayco, he was the CIO at Quantinuum where he oversaw global IT operations and developed a security program for quantum computing.
Dave Dabson has joined Cushman & Wakefield as senior managing director leading Asset Services for the Twin Cities region. In this role, Dabson will oversee 180 personnel responsible for managing a portfolio of 31 million square feet across office, industrial and retail properties.
Draper and Kramer Incorporated , a national full-service real estate firm headquartered in Chicago , announced that Kevin Cooky has been approved by the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) board of directors to serve on their board until 2025 . Cooky currently holds positions within Draper & Kramer including assistant vice president , regional property manager ,and revenue manager .
Adnan Darr is also joining the CAA Board after being appointed Vice President of Client Success at Valcre . He previously served on their Board while working with VTS Global as Vice President Customer Success Operations before moving onto Valcre which provides appraisal software solutions within Real Estate industry.
