JSC Realty has recently completed the acquisition of 540 Atlantic Ave., a prime development site located in Brooklyn’s Boerum Hill neighborhood. The purchase, which was made for $38.5 million from DMA Associates, includes a five-story office building and allows for the potential construction of a mixed-use development with 154 units and approximately 113,000 square feet of buildable space.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL Capital Markets’ expert team led by Stephen Palmese and Brendan Maddigan along with Michael Mazzara, Ethan Stanton, and Winfield Clifford. This latest acquisition marks another successful venture for JSC Realty as they continue to expand their portfolio in highly sought-after locations like Boerum Hill.
