JPMorgan Chase has welcomed John Loshbaugh as their newest managing director in Irvine this month. In his role, he will be responsible for securing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and bridge loans from clients throughout the West Coast. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Loshbaugh joins JPMorgan Chase after serving as an SVP at KeyBank where he worked with middle market and institutional clients on the West Coast. He has also held positions at CIBC World Markets, Freddie Mac, and Bank of America (formerly LaSalle Bank). Reporting to John Hofmann – head of agency lending – Loshbaugh brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position at JPMorgan Chase.
