"JPMC Expands CRE Agency Team in Chicago with New Hires"

JPMorgan Chase has recently expanded its commercial real estate agency execution capabilities with the addition of two new hires in Chicago. John Hofmann has been appointed as Head of Agency Production, where he will lead a team dedicated to providing solutions for multifamily and commercial borrowers on a national level. Todd Linehan also joins the firm as Managing Director, reporting directly to Hofmann. In this role, Linehan will oversee Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily transactions while developing key relationships within the Agency market.

Hofmann brings extensive experience from his previous roles at KeyBank, CIBC, Carlton Group, Nomura Credit & Capital and LaSalle Bank. Similarly, Linehan’s background includes senior positions at KeyBank and Freddie Mac as well as roles at IRR Corporate & Public Finance,Nomura,Lasalle Bank,and GE Capital.

The growth of JPMorgan Chase’s CRE agency team through these new hires reflects their commitment to expanding their capabilities in this sector.
