JPI Building: 397-Unit Rental Community

Last year, JPI began work on Jefferson Ridglea Village, a development located just west of Fort Worth. The company aims to finish construction on 377 apartment units and 20 townhomes by next year. However, in order to make room for this project, JPI had to clear out 52 single-family rental homes. Construction teams have already started installing utilities and laying building slabs at the site on Calmont Avenue.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, approximately 65% of the units will be one-bedroom apartments while 30% will be two-bedrooms and only 5% will be three-bedrooms. Typically catering towards renters in their mid-30s who are looking for a temporary housing solution before purchasing a home or empty nesters/retirees seeking smaller living spaces.

JPI has been developing communities across North America for over three decades now with projects spanning across141 cities in both US and Canada. Their main focus markets include Southern California as well as the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area.
