JPI, a leading developer of Class A multifamily properties, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off construction on Jefferson Monrovia. This highly anticipated development will bring 296 luxury units to the thriving city of Monrovia. The five-story building will feature wrap-style architecture and offer studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.
According to Sunti Kumjim, Senior Vice President and Regional Development Partner for JPI, “Monrovia is full of potential and we are excited to provide much-needed housing in this growing market.” He also noted that Jefferson Monrovia’s prime location will offer residents easy access to employment opportunities as well as entertainment centers in the area.
The project has enlisted top partners including TCA Architects, PBA Engineering,and Fuscoe Engineering Inc., ensuring high-quality design and construction. The first units at Jefferson Monrovia are expected be ready for occupancy by early 2025.
